🚨Deadlines you need to know about for the 2026 Engagement Guide!
1️⃣ The deadline for cover photo submissions is TODAY! If you are a Snohomish Wedding Guild photographer, we would love to highlight your work on the new guide! Photos must be from a Snohomish Wedding Guild wedding venue and should be portrait style and hi-resolution. Please email our Vice President Michelle at vicepresident@snohomishweddingguild.com to share yours. Submissions will then be voted on by the Guild members and the winner will be selected.
2️⃣ The deadline for business listing edits for the Engagement Guide is Friday, November 7th. This year we will be taking member information directly from what you have listed on mysnohomishwedding.com. If you need any changes to the text or photo you have featured please DM us for the link to submit changes.

We have five positions opening this year, each serving a two-year term. After elections, roles will be determined from the following board positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Director of Programs
- Director of Communication
- Tour Committee Chair
- Membership Committee Chair
- Technical Committee Chair
As a reminder, applicants must:
✅ Be affiliated with a member business with at least two consecutive years of membership
✅ Be a business owner, leadership representative, or employee with written approval from the owner
✅ Have a sincere desire to serve, promote, and grow our SWG community
