The Snohomish Wedding Guild (SWG) is a vibrant network of passionate wedding professionals dedicated to elevating Snohomish County as one of Washington’s premier wedding destinations. Our highly regarded venues and vendors work together to showcase the very best of our local wedding community, helping create unforgettable experiences for every couple. From breathtaking venues to exceptional services, our members are committed to celebrating and promoting the region’s thriving wedding industry.

What We Offer

Created in partnership with the City of Snohomish, the Snohomish Wedding Guild (SWG) was established to grow the local wedding and event industry, benefiting both the community and your business. With over 20 wedding and event venues, Snohomish has earned its reputation as Washington’s premier wedding destination. As a venue or wedding professional, you play a vital role in elevating this status, while also gaining valuable networking and promotional opportunities through the Guild.

Our comprehensive online wedding resource directory makes it easy for couples to discover top-tier wedding professionals who can bring their dream celebration to life. We also publish an annual engagement guide showcasing our members.

In addition, we sponsor the annual Snohomish Wedding Tour, held on the first Sunday following Memorial Day. This event highlights our member venues and vendors, giving couples the chance to explore breathtaking locations while connecting with talented professionals offering exceptional services.

A Networking Group for All Things Snohomish Weddings

We host bi-monthly networking meetings at member venues on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and a holiday soiree in December, from 5:30-8:30 PM.

Each meeting is organized by featured vendors eager to showcase their talents, providing valuable networking opportunities. With catering and drinks included, these gatherings are the perfect chance to engage, collaborate, and learn from industry experts. It’s also an excellent opportunity to highlight your services and connect with fellow professionals.

Our Mission

To promote Snohomish as the Premier Wedding Destination in the Puget Sound region. The SWG’s vision is to further enhance and promote the multiple and diverse wedding venues and vendors who serve this community. The SWG is committed to create and maintain positive and ethical relationships among its members and within the community it serves. We strive to advance the wedding industry as a self-regulated group extending membership to professional vendors in which the wedding consumer can have the utmost confidence.

Membership Requirements

Membership in the Snohomish Wedding Guild (SWG) is open to any wedding professional that serves the Snohomish area and venues located in Snohomish County.

When joining, you agree to the terms of membership. Membership fee is $300, are non-refundable, and renew each year.
