My Snohomish Wedding Tour FAQs

How long is the tour?

Check-in begins at 10am at Belle Chapel and all participating venues are open from 11am–5pm.

How does the tour work?

The tour is a self-guided experience. Every attendee will start their day at Belle Chapel to check in, pick up your swag bag, and grab your map and suggested routes. From there, you’re free to visit as many venues as you’d like, in whatever order works best for you.

What makes the Snohomish Wedding Tour unique?

Each venue will be fully styled for a wedding, so you can truly envision what your big day could look like.

Every stop features a full team of vendors who have thoughtfully designed the space together, from planners and florists to photographers, caterers, DJs, and more, so you can experience their work firsthand all in one place.

Do I need to visit every venue?

You are welcome to visit as many venues as you would like on the tour. We recommend trying to make it to at least 4 venues so that you make the most of your experience. Ultimately, you are free to plan your day however you would like though to see the venues and vendors you are most excited about.

How much time should I plan at each stop?

Most couples spend about 30–45 minutes at each venue.

Can I bring guests with me?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your partner, family members, or anyone helping you plan.

Each person attending will need their own ticket.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and your excitement!

We recommend:

  • Dressing for the weather. Many venues are outside and the event will go on rain or shine!
  • Comfortable shoes (you’ll be walking!)
  • A phone or notes app to keep track of favorites

Will food and drinks be available?

Many venues feature caterers, dessert vendors, and beverage services, so you can enjoy samples along the way. Please review the participating vendors to see who will be at each venue.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation is not provided.

The tour is designed for you to drive yourself between venues. Your map will help guide you, and suggested routes are available to make planning easy.

What happens if I can’t make it right at 10am?

No worries! Check-in opens at 10am and you are welcome to come anytime after that.

Is this event just for engaged couples?

Not at all! While it’s perfect for engaged couples, anyone planning a wedding or special event is welcome to attend.

Are tickets refundable?

Refund requests will be accepted until May 24th and must be done via Eventbrite.
